1) Data we collect

We collect account data (email, authentication data), billing metadata from payment processors, and PDF contracts you upload so we can extract text and run an audit. We also store the structured audit report we generate for you (for example findings, jurisdiction notes, and export files you choose to download).

2) Why we process data

We process data to operate your account, deliver AI audit features, enforce plan limits, process payments, secure the service, and comply with legal obligations.

3) AI processing, subprocessors, and transfers

Contract text you submit is sent to our AI provider (currently OpenAI) over their API to produce the audit output. That processing is inference-only: we do not use your contracts or audit content to train our own models, and we configure the service so your inputs and outputs are not used to improve third-party models beyond what that provider's standard API terms and abuse-prevention policies allow (for example short-lived retention for safety or misuse review, as described in OpenAI's documentation).

We also rely on subprocessors for hosting, email, and payments. Data may be processed in jurisdictions where those providers operate, subject to their safeguards and applicable law. A non-exhaustive list includes OpenAI (AI inference), our hosting provider, our email provider, and the payment processor you pay through.

4) Retention

We retain account and saved audit history for as long as your account exists and we need the data to provide the service, then for legal, security, fraud-prevention, and accounting requirements. You can delete individual saved audits from your audit history in the product; account-level deletion requests can be sent to the contact below.

5) Your rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have rights to access, correct, export, or delete personal data. Contact us to submit requests.
